To obtain a Travel certificate, you will be required to :
1) Complete the questionnaire by logging on to your member area of our website and and following the steps required. (Please create an account if you haven’t)
2) Confirm that the test you have conducted was negative and that you are not suffering from a list of Covid-19 related Symptoms.
(If the Test is positive, please note, our healthcare partners will not be able to issue you a certificate. You must follow the guidelines provided by the government on the .Gov website.)
- Prior to conducting your test, you will upload an image of the Test Cassette with your initials etched or written on the front of it.
- You will then conduct the test following the instructions and we recommend you view the Video instructions on our website for your assistance.
- After you have conducted the test and after the required time, you will see the markings on the cassette informing you whether you are positive or negative of Covid-19.
- We then request you complete the questionnaire and upload an image of the test cassete having conducted the test displaying the result.
- Our Healthcare partners will review and verify the information provided by you and will issue you a certificate to Travel in line with the requirements Subject to the test being negative and the information questionnaire is satisfactory. .
- In most instances, you will receive the certificate within 4- 6 hours of uploading the information (Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm). Tests supplied outside these times will receive certificate the next working day.
There are times when this can be delayed for various reasons. Please do bear with us, you are however free to email us at any time to request an update.
- If your certificate is required urgently, please inform us in advance and will try our utmost to accommodate your request however we do request you give yourself ample time. How do you take a Rapid Antigen Self-Test?
